Published Works from 1923 (Copyright Expired) Now Available

For the first time in twenty years, U.S copyright expired on hundreds of published works from 1923, which can now be freely adapted. Books (i.e. by Aldous Huxley, Kahlil Gibran, and Robert Frost) are now available without restriction online, as well as over a thousand works, such as movies (i.e. directed by Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Cecile B. DeMille),  and songs (i.e.Yes! We Have No Bananas by Silver & Cohn,  Wolverine Blues by Jelly Roll Morton, and Bela Bartok’s Violin Sonatas 1 and 2).
